Wise Giving Wednesday: $1.4 Million Embezzler Sentenced

On June 25, 2021, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Massachusetts announced that a woman was sentenced to six years in prison and to pay restitution for two fraud and embezzlement schemes that resulted in a $1.4 million theft form two nonprofit organizations.
