Standard 3 (Frequency and Attendance of Board Meetings)

For all meetings, alternative modes of participation are acceptable for those with physical disabilities.

Not more than one or 10% (whichever is greater) directly or indirectly compensated person(s) serving as voting member(s) of the board. Compensated members shall not serve as the board's chair or treasurer.

- Two members out of the nine member board of directors (22%) are directly compensated as employees of the organization.
- The treasurer of the board of directors is directly compensated.

Religious Freedom Coalition (RFC) reports that it assists persecuted Christians in various areas of the world and advocates for their religious freedom. The organization offers programs for displaced Christians in Iraq and Syria and Christian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan. RFC provides meals, spiritual educational books, hygiene kits, blankets, diapers for infants, elderly, and special needs adults, and offers Christmas programs for refugee children. The organization states that its Nigeria Outreach program expanded in 2021 to include a newly built school building at an IDP Camp in Makurdi, Nigeria that serves to house and educate Christian orphans. Some ($218,005 or 23%) of RFC's programs are conducted in conjunction with informational materials that include fundraising appeals.
