OurCalling does not meet this Standard because:

Standard 16 (Annual Report)
Have an annual report available to all, on request, that includes: (a) the organization's mission statement, (b) a summary of the past year's program service accomplishments, (c) a roster of the officers and members of the board of directors, (d) financial information that includes (i) total income in the past fiscal year, (ii) expenses in the same program, fund raising and administrative categories as in the financial statements, and (iii) ending net assets.
OurCalling does not meet this Standard because the 2021 annual report did not include:
- A roster of the organization's board of directors.
- The organization's financial information for the year ended December 31, 2021.

OurCalling meets the remaining 17 Standards for Charity Accountability.
OurCalling reports that it is a daytime facility focusing on the unsheltered homeless population in Dallas. The organization states that it serves 250-500 individuals daily who receive services such as Bible studies, OurChurch service, life skills training, substance abuse recovery programs, peer group meetings, meals, showers, clothing, and laundry. OurCalling reports that it partners with more than 30 organizations and local hospitals that provide mental health services, medical services, and housing opportunities with the goal of achieving a solution to get homeless individuals off of the streets and into healthy, sustainable living. The organization's Search and Rescue Teams respond to homeless encampment submissions through the OurCalling App.
